As Founder and Managing Director of RivusGlobal, Owen Soroke brings a strategist’s perspective and a technologist’s discipline to building stronger, safer operating foundations. He leads client strategy and delivery across infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity, with governance that holds up in the real world.

Over more than two decades in enterprise technology across public and private sectors, Owen has built a reputation for making complex systems clear to executives and boards. His work includes leading transformation initiatives in health care and union organizations, aligning architecture, risk and operating models so modernization stays defensible and sustainable.

Owen advises clients on cloud transitions, cybersecurity assessments, executive IT leadership, and managed services, with a growing focus on automation and applied AI. Internally, he is reducing manual work and improving operational visibility to support better decisions. Externally, he helps clients identify high-value use cases and implement AI and automation responsibly, so outcomes show up in everyday operations. He holds postgraduate certificates in Management from James Madison University and Project Management from McMaster University.

Andrii Fedorchuk is a data analytics and development specialist who transitioned from academic research to solving real-world business challenges through data-driven solutions. With a passion for information, structure, and insight, he focuses on helping organizations turn complex datasets into actionable strategies.

He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics and a Master's degree in Chemistry, bringing a strong scientific foundation to every project. A co-author of more than 25 peer-reviewed publications, Andrii is also certified as a Data Analyst by IBM, further deepening his technical credentials. His work spans analytics development, data modeling, workflow automation, and decision-support systems, always blending rigorous methodology with practical business needs. He approaches each project with the precision of a researcher and the creativity of a developer, delivering solutions that are not only technically sound but also strategically valuable. Outside of work, he continues to explore emerging technologies, refine his analytics skills, and seek new ways to connect data with innovation.
