Telecommunications Workers Union Successfully Launches iScribe Organization-Wide

Calgary, Alberta - February 14th, 2003 - The Telecommunications Workers Union (TWU -- based in Burnaby, British Columbia), with a membership of 17,000 members in the telecommunications industry, today announced that their legal and historically valuable Letters of Agreement and Discipline are now available to iScribe users at offices in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. Access is available via Virtual Private Networking (VPN).

In addition to the Alberta deployment of iScribe, each member has received a personalized one-on-one training session.

With this successful implementation, iScribe is now available across western Canada, and has a cumulative user-base within the TWU of more than seventy individual users.

On February 10th, 2003, prior to the Calgary launch, representatives of rivusglobal.com, Inc. visited the TWU location in Edmonton to launch iScribe and train users.

"iScribe is simple to use and understand." commented Mick Shiels, a Calgary based Business Agent in response to iScribe during his training session with Owen Soroke.

"Truly Amazing!"
